Cancellation Policy
By booking any session, class, course, workshop, or coaching service with Summit Executive Lab, you agree to the following terms: Clients may book no earlier than 21 days before the scheduled start time and no later than 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Clients may cancel their own bookings online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time and may reschedule their own bookings online up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, no-shows, partial attendance, late arrivals, client technical/internet issues, or unused time.
