The Cohort

This is the same core training as the Individual package, delivered in a focused, high-engagement class format with peer support and built-in accountability. You choose a track (Interview,/Promotion or Workplace Outcomes) and we train the exact structures and delivery skills that help you land cleanly with U.S. rooms. Across four 90-minute sessions, we do the same primary work: diagnose where you’re getting misread in American low-context rooms, rebuild your message into decision-ready structure, pressure-test it with live practice, then lock in repeatable scripts and drills you can reuse in every American-facing situation. The difference is the room. You’ll practice in real time, hear how others handle the same moments, and learn faster through coached drills, breakouts, and direct feedback. Because it’s a cohort, the class moves forward on scheduled dates. Cohorts run with 1–5 participants, and the cap is always 5. Occasionally you may be the only participant for that start date, but the format and curriculum stay the same. Booking note: You’ll select your track and cohort start date (first session), then pay in full now to hold your seat. The calendar confirms your cohort schedule and the class progresses from that start date.
